PORTALO is designed to work with clear water only. After each use, spray clear water for a few seconds to rinse the internal circuit, then leave the product open to dry.

If limescale appears on the nozzle, remove the nozzle and clean it separately. Do not run vinegar, seawater, sandy water, muddy water, or chemical products through the internal circuit.

Using liquids or water containing salt, sand, mud, or impurities may damage the internal silicone seals, cause leaks, and void warranty coverage.

A dedicated maintenance kit will be available soon to make regular care and small wear-part replacement easier.

The first PORTALO units are planned to ship after the Kickstarter campaign, according to the production and fulfillment timeline shown on the campaign page.

The delivery date shown on Kickstarter is an estimate. As with any manufacturing project, timelines may change due to production, quality control, freight, customs, or fulfillment constraints.
